KATHMANDU: Actor Sabin Shrestha and actress Anu Shah have shared joyful news that they are set to become parents.
Shrestha announced the news on Friday evening through a post on Facebook, where he shared a picture with Shah featuring a celebratory poster reading “Mom–Dad” and “We are pregnant.” He described the moment as the “most beautiful gift” of his life.
Following the announcement, the couple has received an outpouring of congratulations from fans, fellow artists, and members of the film fraternity on social media.
Shrestha and Shah tied the knot in Ashoj (Oct/Sept) last year after being in a relationship for nearly eight years.

The couple had also briefly separated during their journey before reuniting and eventually getting married.
On the professional front, the duo has previously worked together in films such as Laxya and Aadhi Bato.

Currently, Shrestha is busy shooting for the film Aa Bata Aama 2 and is preparing for another upcoming project titled Kashyap.
Meanwhile, Anu Shah has been away from films for over two years, with her last appearance being in the 2024 release Ishwar, after previously enjoying strong demand in films and music videos.
