Petition against governor appointment criteria postponed

KATHMANDU: A petition against the revised criteria for the Governor’s appointment will not be heard today.

The petition was filed before the bench of Justices Hari Prasad Fuyal and Nityanand Pandey.

However, due to time constraints, the case will not be heard today.

Advocates Pratibha Upreti and Vishal Thapa had filed the petition challenging the government’s decision to appoint Gunakar Bhatta as the Governor.
