Harry Kane hat-trick leads Bayern Munich to 4–1 win over Hoffenheim

KATHMANDU: Bayern Munich maintained a perfect start to the Bundesliga season as Harry Kane scored his second-season hat-trick in a 4–1 victory over Hoffenheim.

The England captain, 32, opened the scoring late in the first half, added a penalty in the 52nd minute, and completed his hat-trick with another spot-kick in the 71st minute—his ninth Bundesliga hat-trick and 13th goal in seven games this season for Bayern.

Vladimir Kofahl pulled one back for Hoffenheim with an 82nd-minute free-kick, but Serge Gnabry sealed the win with a late strike in stoppage time.
