KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank International Limited has taken a strategic step in the digital banking sector by launching an integrated online platform named ‘Citizens DigiBank’.
The platform aims to consolidate the bank’s scattered digital services into a single channel, enabling customers to access them conveniently via web and mobile.
According to the bank, the move will streamline service delivery, strengthen customer engagement, and make interactions faster and more interactive.
The service can be accessed through the bank’s official website or mobile banking app.
In its initial phase, the platform offers 50 digital services, including online account opening, PAN update, National ID update, locker applications, TDS certificate requests, as well as various demat, mobile banking, and card-related services.
Citizens Bank emphasized its commitment to leveraging advanced digital technology to provide innovative services to customers, with plans to expand and enhance the platform further in the future.
