He doubled his tally in the 34th minute with a precise finish following a long pass from Raphinha.
Torres nearly completed a first-half hat-trick, but his strike hit the crossbar.
In the 62nd minute, Olmo sealed the win, converting a pass from Marcus Rashford, who had come on for Raphinha at the start of the second half.
With the win, Barcelona have accumulated 13 points from five matches, sitting second in the table, just two points behind leaders Real Madrid.
Due to ongoing renovations at Camp Nou, Barcelona hosted the match at the Johan Cruyff Stadium, which has a capacity of 6,000 spectators.
Elsewhere, Elche defeated Real Oviedo 1-0, while Mallorca drew 1-1 with Atletico Madrid, and Rayo Vallecano played a 1-1 draw with Celta Vigo.
