Balen briefs Kulman on RSP proposal

KATHMANDU: Mayor Balen Shah briefed Energy Minister Kulman Ghising on the proposals made by the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) during ongoing discussions.

According to sources, Shah informed Ghising about the party’s proposals, including suggestions involving the Prime Minister.

However, details regarding stakes are yet to be finalized.

Talks between the two leaders are still ongoing.
