KATHMANDU: In the inaugural T20 match between Ireland Wolves and Nepal ‘A’, Ireland Wolves have set a formidable target of 223 runs.

Nepal ‘A’, having won the toss, elected to bowl first against Ireland Wolves at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground.

Ireland Wolves, who lost the toss and batted, added 222 runs losing 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

Kamal Singh Airee emerged as Nepal’s most successful bowler, securing three wickets, while Sagar Dhakal and Aarif Sheikh each managed to claim one wicket.

In their batting innings, Ireland Wolves posted an imposing total of 222 runs, losing five wickets in their stipulated 20 overs.

Ireland ‘A’ also got 13 extra runs.

Peter Joseph Moor led the charge with 49 runs, receiving support from Cade Carmichael and Neil Alan Rock, who contributed 38 runs each.

Stephen Thomas Doheny also made a valuable addition with 34 runs.
