Janata Foundation provides relief to flood victims

KATHMANDU: JUNE 25 – Janata Foundation Nepal has distributed relief to the flood-affected people of Sindhupalchowk. A team of 25 people reached the flood-affected area and distributed relief to more than 80 families.

According to Laxman Mission Karki, chairperson of the foundation, cash and food items including rice, pulses, salt, oil, and clothes have been distributed to the families of the flood victims.

Relief was distributed in various places of Melamchi including Chanaute, Halde, Godam, Timbu, Odare, and Thapatar of Helambu Village Municipality. Chairman Karki informed that relief has also been provided to the displaced families who have not received relief before and are in dire straits.
