Death of Russian army recruit Pritam Rai

KATHMANDU: Pritam Rai, recruited in the Russian army, has passed away.

Rai of Bhojpur, Pauwadungma Rural Municipality-3, Chyangre Aulia was identified as the victim.

Pritam had been recruited in the Russian army about six months ago.

However, news of his death in a military attack came just over two months ago, specifically on May 4, as revealed by the family.

Due to his death, the entire village of Aulia is in mourning.

Born on Baisakh 1, 2044, Pritam was known for his camaraderie and support since childhood.

His elder brother Kiran Rai is also the head of the Pauwadungma Rural Municipality.
