Prachanda engages with locals in Rukum (East)

KATHMANDU: Nepali Communist Party coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ was actively seen campaigning in Sisne, Rukum East on Tuesday.
In the morning, he visited the Martyrs’ Memorial Park in Neta, Sisne Rural Municipality-5, where he paid tribute by laying flowers at the martyrs’ statues and interacted with the families of martyrs, honoring their contributions.
During his visit, Prachanda conducted a morning walk to reach the park, engaging with local residents and observing community life.
He also visited the home of local resident Top Bahadur Khatri, where he enjoyed a traditional snack of maize flatbread and milk, showcasing a close connection with the people by choosing local delicacies.
Afterwards, he inspected Pwang Health Post, assessing the facility and its services, demonstrating concern for the health issues faced by the community.
Prachanda is scheduled to address his first-ever election rally in Naygad later today, marking the start of his campaign in this constituency.
