Prachanda calls for national unity on Makar Sankranti

KATHMANDU: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has emphasized that national unity is essential for the full implementation of the constitution.

Extending greetings on the occasion of Makar Sankranti, he highlighted that mutual affection, unity, and collective effort strengthen society.

Prachanda stated that festivals inspire greater hard work, solidarity, and sincere commitment to the nation-building responsibility.

He also noted that these celebrations bring life to Nepal’s multi-ethnic, multilingual, and multicultural society.
