‘Cetamol’ unveils new posters

KATHMANDU: Three new posters for the upcoming Nepali film ‘Cetamol’, directed by Raj Bahadur Sane, have been unveiled, stirring excitement among the audience.

The second poster presents Saugat and Benisha alongside co-stars Shree Krishna Niraula, Januka Vishwakarma, and Lokendra Lekhak, each embodying their respective characters.
The third poster exclusively highlights Saugat Malla, depicted walking in despair under the support of a “Baisakhi” stick, adding a layer of mystery and anticipation.

The production team hopes that these evocative posters will deepen audience interest in the film, which is scheduled for release on August 8.
Cetamol features a stellar cast including Saugat Malla, Benisha Hamal, Shree Krishna Niraula, Januka Vishwakarma, Karan Nepali, Lokendra Lekhak, Bhugol Karki, Hiuwala Gautam, Sushil Pokhrel, Dinesh Regmi, RR Khadka, Gyan Malla, Pawan Bhattarai, Kajal Bhujel, and child artist Aradhya Rajyalaxmi DC.
Through Cetamol, the director and producer aim to symbolically portray Nepal and the everyday life of its people, while boldly confronting deeply rooted social evils and superstitions that have persisted since ancient times.
The filmmakers said that the movie powerfully addresses these issues, intending to resonate strongly with viewers.

Produced by Tulsi Devi Films in collaboration with Juntara Films, the story is penned by Pradeep Bharadwaj and director Raj Bahadur Sane.
The film is presented by Simos Sunuwar, with producers Bhugol Kumar Karki and Bikash Raj Joshi.
Executive producers include Apsara Nepali, Ajay Malla, and Kumar KC, while Gangaram Shrestha serves as co-producer.
The film’s technical crew features music by Babul Giri, choreography by Kaviraj Gahtaraj, editing by Bande Prasad, DI color grading by Rajendra Moktan, sound design by Mukesh Shah, and stunt coordination by Dev Maharjan and Shankar Maharjan.
