KATHMANDU: Under the theme “Protect Your Money, Secure Your Future,” Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has magnificently observed the Global Money Week 2024 from March 18 to 24

Coordinating with local schools, colleges, and clubs in all seven states of the country, the bank targeted students, women, and senior citizens, conducting interactive programs to celebrate Global Money Week 2024 on a grand scale.
During this initiative, the bank provided detailed information on fundamental banking knowledge, the importance of financial literacy, personal and family budgeting processes for financial management, techniques for improving savings habits, digital services offered by banks, awareness on using digital services, various types of loans offered by banks, the impact of remittance, illegal transactions like hundi, policy on clean notes, and methods for preserving notes, among other topics.
Since 2012, Global Money Week has been celebrated every March worldwide with the aim of enhancing financial literacy among youth and children and promoting financial awareness.
With the belief in helping individuals manage their finances from a young age, save for the future, and contribute financially to their families, the bank faithfully observes Global Money Week each year.
