GIBL itroduces Global Green Housing Loan Scheme at 8.99% interest rate

KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank Limited (GIBL) has introduced the Global Green Housing Loan scheme at a stable interest rate of 8.99 percent.

Under this loan scheme, borrowers will be able to avail loans of up to a maximum of Rs 120 million for a period of up to 7 years.

With the objective of inspiring environment-friendly activities, the bank is continuously providing various banking services and facilities aligned with its long-term development goals.

Participants in this scheme will also be provided with free mobile banking and credit card facilities.

This loan can be availed for the construction of eco-friendly houses and apartments, as well as for the purchase of environmentally friendly personal homes or residential apartments and flats.

Additionally, borrowers will be able to utilize this loan for adopting environmental-friendly measures, including the enhancement of existing buildings to meet environmental standards and for the maintenance of eco-friendly buildings.
