KATHMANDU: NMB Bank Limited provided 2.5 million rupees to the Kathmandu Institute of Child Health (KIOCH).

The bank provides this assistance as part of its social obligation.

According to the bank, the investment would assist establish a kid-friendly ward in the hospital and promote child health.

Sunil KC, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, and Dr. Bhagwan Koirala, Chair of KIOCH, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

This relationship is considered to strongly highlight the bank and hospital’s cooperative efforts to improve child health care.
