Special General Meeting of Civil Capital Market held, passed these resolutions

KATHMANDU: Civil Capital Market Limited’s special general meeting has concluded. The Capital Special General Meeting was held in the CTC Mall in Sundhara, Kathmandu, and was presided over by Bhola Bahadur Bista, Chair of the Board of Directors.

The meeting approved all proposals, including the acquisition of Civil Capital Market Limited by Himalayan Capital Limited and the acquisition of Civil Capital Market Limited by Himalayan Capital Limited based on the Board of Directors’ approved share exchange ratio of 100:31.

The firm extended gratitude to the shareholders who participated actively in the successful completion of the company’s special general meeting.
