KATHMANDU: Muktinath Bikas Bank Ltd. has partnered with Kathmandu University to advance sustainable development through research on green hydrogen fuel.

A memorandum of understanding was signed to provide financial support for research at the Green Hydrogen Lab under Kathmandu University.

The program saw the presence of the bank’s CEO Pradyuman Pokharel, Vice Chancellor of Kathmandu University Dr. Bhola Thapa, Chief of the Green Hydrogen Lab Dr. Biraj Singh Thapa, and other staff from both institutions.

The Green Hydrogen Lab is currently focused on research for green hydrogen for thermal heating.

Through these collaborations, Muktinath Bikas Bank aims to explore the limitless possibilities of natural resources in Nepal and believes in contributing to Nepal’s sustainable development in the future.
