KATHMANDU: Narayan Prakash Saud, the Foreign Minister, has left for New York.
He left today for the United Nations Peacebuilding Commission’s “Role of Education in Peace Building” program, which will take place on September 14th in New York.
Nepal is a member of the United Nations Peacebuilding Commission at the moment.
Following the program, Minister Saud will join the Nepali delegation to the 78th United Nations General Assembly, which will be led by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.
