KATHMANDU: Harka Sampang, the mayor of Dharan, has requested that there be no black market in rice.

Mentioning in social media that he heard about the rapid surge in rice prices & urged not to black market.

He warned to close the shop if found engaged in black market activities. ‘I’ve heard that the price of rice has skyrocketed! I’ll keep an eye on things!
