Harka Sampang said – public land cannot be privatized for individuals

KATHMANDU: Harka Sampang, mayor of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City, stated that the court cannot grant anybody public land.

He mentioned this on social media.

He said that when the court goes astray, people will not trust the court. I am convinced that the court cannot and will not give public land to individuals! Otherwise, the people’s trust in the courts cannot remain!,’ said Mayor Sampang.
