KATHMANDU: Leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane, a former captain of the Nepali national cricket team, has been named the ACC Premier Cup’s best player.

Nepal won the title of ACC Premier Cup through the last match on Tuesday and Sandeep has been declared the best player.

Sandeep took 13 wickets and scored 42 runs in five matches.

Similarly, Oman’s Bilal Khan was named the match’s top bowler. He had 17 wickets.

Vriitya Aravind of the UAE was named the best batter. In this tournament, he scored 454 runs.
