A Scorpio vehicle (Ba 19 Cha 5579) carrying Tarka Bahadur Baduwal, a mayoral candidate, has been set on fire.
An unidentified group, according to Baduwal, a mayoral candidate, set fire to a Scorpio parked at the Shrishti Hotel in Karnali’s Kholi Bazar.
“The vehicle was set on fire while the driver was sleeping inside,” Baduwal explained.
When the driver noticed the tire was on fire, he drove it to a nearby river canal. There were no reports of injuries or severe damage at the time.
