Taxi fare increased, so is the new fare (with list)
KATHMANDU: APRIL. 9 – Taxi fares have increased in Bagmati State. The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Transport Management of Bagmati State has increased the fare with effect from April 14.
The ministry has stated that the fare has been increased by the ministerial decision. In Kathmandu Valley, the distance of 5 km has increased by Rs 2 and Rs 3 for more than 20 kilometers.
According to the new fare, the fare will be Rs 20 for five kilometers and Rs 38 for more than 20 kilometers. The down flog has been fixed at Rs. 50.
