NIBL Ace Capital is FPO guarantor of Samata Microfinance
KATHMANDU: APRIL. 8 – Samata Domestic Microfinance Financial Institution is going to issue FPO to raise additional capital.
The company has stated that it will issue additional follow-on public offer (FPO) with 70% and 30% public shares.
The remaining 2,89,440 shares, according to the company, will be issued to the public via FPO. Through an agreement, the company has designated NIBL Ace Capital Limited as the guarantor for this purpose.
Chief Executive Officer of the company Dr. Madan Ghimire and Deputy General Manager of NIBL Ace Capital Limited Sachindra Dhungana have signed the agreement regarding the appointment of guarantor.
