Paddy was planted on the road in Dhangadhi

DHANGADHI: JUNE 20 – Locals have planted paddy on a road in Dhangadhi sub-metropolis. Locals have planted paddy on the Hasanpur-Shivanagar road after it became muddy.

Locals said that they had to face problems in the rain due to delay in moving ahead with the work even though the sub-metropolitan government had demolished the road.

Locals have become angry saying that the road has not been rebuilt even after three years of demolition under the pretext of upgrading the road. Locals also chanted slogans against the mayor, people’s representatives and construction businessmen.
