Murder of a young man who entered a woman’s room!

KHOTANG: Ajit Rai, 34, of Durchhim in Halesi-Tuwachung Municipality-5, who was critically injured in the beating, has died and police have arrested five locals.

Police have arrested four women and a man after Rai, who was critically injured in a beating by a local, died on Chaith 2 while being taken for treatment.

According to District Police Office, Inspector Govinda Sah, Rai was beaten for entering a room of a 34-year-old woman sleeping at night and trying to behave indecently.

Police said that the investigation has been started by keeping the arrested person in custody and the truth about the incident will come out only after there statement.
