Yeti Airlines Ltd. appoints NIMB Ace Capital Ltd. as issue manager for upcoming IPO

KATHMANDU: Yeti Airlines Ltd has appointed NIMB Ace Capital Ltd as the Issue and Sales Manager for the proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) of its ordinary shares to the general public.

Nepal. The agreement regarding the appointment was signed between the two parties, with Mr. Anup Acharya, Chief Financial Officer of Yeti Airlines Ltd, and Mr. Sachindra Dhungana, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of NIMB Ace Capital Ltd.
