KATHMANDU: Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has listed its 30 million units of 8.25% Non-Redeemable Non-Cumulative Preference Shares, each with a face value of Rs 100, on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
According to the bank, the preference shares were officially listed on NEPSE on June 2.
The total issue size stands at Rs 3 billion.
Following the listing, the preference shares have become available for trading in the secondary market from today, providing investors with an additional investment avenue through NEPSE.
The listed instrument, titled “8.25% Machhapuchchhre Non-Redeemable Non-Cumulative Preference Shares,” offers a fixed annual dividend rate of 8.25 percent and is now eligible for trading on Nepal’s secondary securities market.
