KATHMANDU: The secretariat meeting of the ruling partner CPN-UML is to be held.

According to UML Propaganda Department Head Rajendra Gautam, three issues will be discussed in the meeting.
UML has called for a meeting of Congress Representative Council on April 20 & 21.
About 2,500 people will participate in the council meeting held at Godawari in Lalitpur. There are preparations to present 6 documents in the meeting.
Head of Publicity Department Gautam, who is also a member of the Standing Committee, informed that today’s secretariat meeting is for the preparation of the same.
In the same meeting, the latest political developments will also be discussed.
Bye-elections will be held in Ilam and Bajhang on April 27. By-elections for the posts of members of the House of Representatives and State Assembly in Bajhang are going to be held in Ilam-2.
In Ilam-2, UML has nominated Suhang Nemwang.
Gautam informed that today’s meeting will also decide on the preparation of the by-election.
