Titan celebrates 22nd anniversary in Nepal, announces Alia Bhatt as brand ambassador

KATHMANDU: Titan, one of the world’s leading watch and lifestyle brands, celebrated the 22nd anniversary of its presence in Nepal with a grand event organized by its authorized distributor, Nepal Trade Network Pvt. Ltd. (NTN).
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Jitendra Sinha, Head of SAARC and Africa Region, International Business Department (IBD), Titan Company Limited, as the chief guest.
The event commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony led by Mr. Sinha.
Around 40 dealers, business partners, and Titan representatives from across Nepal participated in the celebration, which highlighted Titan’s successful two-decade journey in the country and outlined its future growth plans.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Sinha expressed his gratitude to Titan’s customers, dealers, and the NTN team for their continued support.
He noted that Nepal has emerged as one of Titan’s most important international markets after India, with the brand’s popularity and value continuing to grow steadily across the country.
A major highlight of the event was the announcement of Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt as Titan’s official Brand Ambassador for Nepal. Mr. Sinha stated that Alia Bhatt’s modern outlook, global appeal, and strong connection with younger audiences would further strengthen Titan’s brand image and enhance its engagement with Nepali consumers.
To mark the 22nd anniversary celebrations, Titan also announced a special 20% discount on all Titan products throughout the month of Asar, as a gesture of appreciation to its loyal customers.
During the event, the Top 10 performing dealers were recognized and honored for their outstanding contributions. Special recognition was also presented to the managers of the newly launched Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) in Butwal and Narayanghat, reflecting Titan’s continued expansion strategy in Nepal.
The company informed attendees that with the addition of the Butwal and Narayanghat outlets, Titan now operates 10 retail outlets across Nepal, located in Durbar Marg, Jawalakhel, Dharan, Biratnagar, Simara, Birgunj, Narayanghat, Butwal, Ghorahi (Dang), and Pokhara. These outlets provide customers nationwide with easy access to Titan’s internationally renowned watches and lifestyle products.
Participants were also introduced to “Made In India: A Titan Story,” a recently released OTT series that showcases Titan’s inspiring journey, innovation, challenges, and achievements over the years.
Speaking on the company’s future plans, Mr. Sunil Kumar Agrawal, Managing Director of Nepal Trade Network Pvt. Ltd. (NTN), announced that the company aims to open three additional showrooms across Nepal by 2026. He reaffirmed NTN’s commitment to expanding Titan’s presence nationwide while enhancing customer experience and after-sales service.
