Stall allocation completed for NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026

The expo, set to be Nepal’s largest mobility and automobile exhibition, will be held at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, from 11–16 August 2026 (26–31 Shrawan 2083).

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) has successfully completed the stall allocation process for the upcoming NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026.

The expo, set to be Nepal’s largest mobility and automobile exhibition, will be held at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, from 11–16 August 2026 (26–31 Shrawan 2083).

A total of 49 stalls were allocated through a predetermined and transparent lottery process for 49 participating brands representing the four-wheeler, two-wheeler, and commercial vehicle segments.

Of these, 26 stalls were allocated to four-wheeler brands, while 23 stalls were allocated to two-wheeler and commercial vehicle brands.

Speaking at the stall allocation program, Ms. Ritu Singh Vaidya, President of NAIMA, stated that the enthusiastic participation from across the industry further reinforces the significance of NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo as Nepal’s premier mobility and automobile exhibition. She emphasized that NAIMA’s vision is to develop the expo not merely as an exhibition, but as a common platform for promoting modern, sustainable, and accessible mobility in Nepal. Informing that all stalls available in the initial phase have already been allocated, she noted that requests for participation continue to be received even after the registration deadline. She further stated that NAIMA will assess available options and make every effort to accommodate such requests, particularly by prioritizing member companies wherever possible.

Mr. Gaurav Sharda, Chair of the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo Planning Committee, said that the successful completion of stall allocation with the participation of 49 brands reflects the industry’s confidence, enthusiasm, and growing interest in the exhibition. He expressed confidence that the strong support and participation from across the industry will help establish NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 as Nepal’s largest and most influential mobility exhibition while delivering a world-class exhibition experience aligned with international standards. Mr. Raj Kumar Dulal, Executive Director of NAIMA, stated that the stall allocation process was conducted in a fully transparent, fair, and predetermined manner. He further noted that preparations for the expo, which features participation from nearly all major automobile brands in Nepal, are progressing in an organized manner and in line with high standards through close collaboration with participating vehicle brands, partner organizations, and other stakeholders.

Participating Two-Wheeler Brands: Ather, Bajaj, CFMOTO / ZEEHO, Garrow, Honda, Keren, KTM, Morbidelli, NIU, Peugeot & BGAUSS, Royal Enfield, Suzuki, Triumph, TVS, Ultraviolette, Yadea, ZX MOTO / CX Motorcycles. Participating Commercial Vehicle Brands: Chery Wanda, Karry, Keyton, Skyworth.

NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 will showcase the latest developments in vehicles, mobility solutions, technology, and innovation.

The exhibition will feature leading brands, new product launches, cutting-edge technologies, and parallel knowledge-sharing sessions.

Bringing together consumers, businesses, and industry stakeholders under one roof, the expo will offer a unique opportunity to experience the future of Nepal’s mobility sector. NAIMA is the representative organization of Nepal’s mobility and automobile industry. Guided by the vision of “Mobility for All,” the association serves as a common platform for industry development, innovation promotion, and policy advocacy.
