SEE results out: 61.81% students graded, supplementary from Shrawan 29
According to the results announced this evening, 61.81% of examinees have received a valid grade.
KATHMANDU:
The National Examination Board (NEB) has officially published the results of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2081. According to the results announced this evening, 61.81% of examinees received a valid grade.
Out of 438,896 students who appeared in the regular SEE examinations, 48,177 students secured a GPA between 3.6 and 4.0, while 81,385 scored between 3.2 and 3.6 GPA.
Similarly, 89,124 students obtained a GPA between 2.8 and 3.2, and 48,479 students received a GPA ranging from 2.4 to 2.8. Only 4,126 scored between 2.0 and 2.4 GPA, and 8 students scored between 1.6 and 2.0 GPA.
Supplementary exam routine:

In contrast, 167,597 students fell under the ‘non-graded’ (NG) category, meaning they failed to meet the minimum requirements to receive a grade.
A total of 126 students had their examinations cancelled, according to NEB Chairperson Dr. Mahashram Sharma.
This year’s SEE exams were held starting from Chaitra 7, with a total of 499,183 students participating nationwide.
Among them, 431,466 appeared under the regular category, and 67,715 were supplementary (grade improvement) examinees.
To address the large number of non-graded students, the NEB has also announced that a supplementary examination will be held beginning Shrawan 29.
This will provide students with an opportunity to improve their grades and continue their academic journey.
Dr. Sharma confirmed that all technical processes were completed, and the results were made public this evening.
