RSP finalizes candidates for House elections

KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has announced its candidates for multiple constituencies in the upcoming House of Representatives elections.

In last night’s party meeting, Dr. Bikram Timilsina and Dr. Achyut Lamichhane were nominated for Nuwakot-1 and Nuwakot-2, respectively, while Kamal Subedi will contest from Dang-3.

Other confirmed candidates include:

• Jhapa-1: Nisha Dangi

• Jhapa-2: Former Deputy Speaker Indira Rana Magar

• Jhapa-3: Prakash Pathak

• Jhapa-4: Shambhu Suskera Dhakal

• Jhapa-5: Balendra Shah (Balen)

• Nawalpur-1: Rajan Gautam

• Jumla: Vinita Kathayat

• Kanchanpur-3: Gyanendra Mehta

• Dolakha: Engineer Jagdish Kharel

• Morang-1: Advocate Yagnmani Nyaupane

• Morang-3: Ganesh Karki

• Okhaldhunga: Bishwaraj Pokhrel

• Syangja-1: Dhananjay Regmi

• Bajura: Hemraj Thapa

• Baglung-2: Genji Yuva Som Sharma

• Ramechhap: Dr. Krishnahari Budhathoki

• Tanahun-2: Shriram Neupane

• Dhading-2: Bodhnarayan Shrestha

The party said the nominations reflect RSP’s focus on fielding a diverse mix of professionals and experienced leaders across the country.
