Puja Mahato named Gulf Lubricants brand ambassador

KATHMANDU: Nepal Lub Oil Limited, the official producer and distributor of Gulf Lubricants in Nepal, recently held its annual partner meet in Pokhara under the theme “Redefine Your Limits.”
The event was attended by over 33 business partners from across the country, along with members of the Board of Directors and other representatives from Nepal Lub Oil Limited.
The event included special training sessions for partners, a comprehensive review of the past year, and a strategic roadmap for the future. During the event, partners who had excelled in various categories were also recognized and awarded for their outstanding performance.
A key highlight of the event was the announcement of Puja Mahato, the vice-captain of Nepal’s National Women’s U-19 Cricket Team, as the official brand ambassador for Gulf Lubricants. Puja has made history by becoming the only player from an Associate Member nation to be selected for the ICC Women’s U-19 World Cup 2025 Best XII.
The company praised her relentless determination and hard work, which has elevated Nepalese women’s cricket to new international heights. The event also featured speeches from the company’s leadership. Mr. Karan Chaudhary, MD & CEO of Nepal Lub Oil Limited and Chair of NADA, noted the increasing challenges in the lubricants business but expressed confidence in Gulf’s market leadership, stating that the brand would continue to thrive by focusing on quality, accessibility, and sustainability for its partners.
Mr. Arun Kumar Chaudhary, Chair of Nepal Lub Oil Limited, reflected on this year’s partner meet theme, likening it to Pooja Mahato’s journey.
