KATHMANDU: Ghanshyam Chaudhary, a member of the Sudurpaschim State Assembly of the Nagarik Unmukti Party (NUP), has been suspended.

Party Chair Ranjita Shrestha has sent a letter to State Speaker Bhim Bahadur Bhandari on Friday and informed that Chaudhary has been suspended from the party for 3 months.

It is said that Chaudhary was suspended because he did not participate despite being called many times to discuss various issues of the party and the explanation was not satisfactory.
