NMB Capital hosts student investment awareness programs

KATHMANDU: NMB Capital Limited as part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, organized investment awareness and interactive programs during Global Investors Week 2025.
On Mangsir 29, in collaboration with NMB Bank Limited, Battar Branch, the program targeted students at Post Bahadur Bogati Polytechnic Institute in Vidur Municipality, Nuwakot.
A similar program was also conducted the same day for students at Shree Tangal Higher Secondary School in Kathmandu, the company stated.
The events saw active participation from students. At Nuwakot, the sessions were jointly facilitated by Manip Adhikari, Head of Customer Relationship, Custodian & DP at NMB Capital, along with Portfolio Officer Rahul Khadka and Portfolio Assistant Bikesh Bade.
In Kathmandu, the program was conducted by scheme assistants Lachana Shakya, Nivesh Giri, and Prajwal Bikram Khadka.
Students were provided with fundamental knowledge of the capital market, investment options, and market activities. The programs also included interactive Q&A sessions, addressing students’ queries, NMB Capital reported.
