KATHMANDU: The presence of a large group of men dressed in full black outfits and sunglasses at the inaugural ceremony of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) first general convention drew significant attention from participants and the public in Chitwan.
The individuals, who appeared as tightly coordinated and physically fit, were later identified as security personnel deployed by a private security company based in Chitwan.
According to officials from the company, the group belongs to Gadhi Security, which was assigned to manage security arrangements at the convention venue.
Rajendra Gole, Marketing Manager of Gadhi Security, stated that around 100 personnel, including bouncers and security guards, were mobilized for the event.
They were deployed across the main venue and parking areas to ensure smooth security management.
The RSP convention is being held at Geshthaus Chowk near the District Police Office in Chitwan.
To manage traffic and vehicle flow, parking arrangements have been designated at Paras Bus Park, Maiyadevi College, and Bishalchowk areas.
The security company has previously provided services for various public gatherings, conferences, and festivals in Chitwan.
Officials said the deployment was aimed at strengthening overall safety and ensuring disciplined crowd management during the high-profile political event.
