KATHMANDU: Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has entered into a significant business agreement with the Women Entrepreneurs Federation Nepal aimed at promoting women-led enterprises and encouraging more women to venture into entrepreneurship across the country.

The agreement was formally signed by Jyoti Prakash Pandey, CEO of Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, and Shobha Gyawali, Chair of the Women Entrepreneurs Federation Nepal, marking the commencement of specialized business services tailored for women entrepreneurs.

Under this partnership, all members of the Federation will receive dedicated banking and financial support, particularly focusing on women-led businesses and aspiring female entrepreneurs.

The bank will leverage its extensive network of 275 branches nationwide to provide preferential access to loans with special concessions, along with financial literacy services targeted specifically at women entrepreneurs.

CEO Jyoti Prakash Pandey highlighted that this initiative is designed to empower women in the entrepreneurial sector by offering customized financial products and advisory services, fostering an environment conducive to their growth and success.

The collaboration reflects a strong commitment by both institutions to drive gender-inclusive economic development, with the bank expressing confidence that members of the Women Entrepreneurs Federation Nepal will benefit directly and substantially from this alliance.
