KATHMANDU: Nepal is set to face Oman on Tuesday in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 series involving Nepal national cricket team, Oman national cricket team, and United Arab Emirates (UAE) national cricket team.
The match is part of the final tri-series under the ongoing League 2 cycle, where Nepal has already played two matches against the UAE and one against Oman.
Following lower-than-expected spectator turnout in previous games, the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has reduced ticket prices for the remaining fixtures, including the upcoming match against Oman and the tri-series starting May 12 featuring United States national cricket team and Scotland national cricket team alongside Nepal.
Under the revised pricing, tickets have been set at Rs 200.
Previously, tickets for Nepal’s matches were priced at Rs 450, while the Oman vs UAE fixture had a significantly lower price set.
