Nepal Life Insurance marks 25 years with health camp & nationwide blood donation drive
The company organised a two-day free health camp on May 4 and 5 at its head office premises, where medical services were provided in collaboration with RB Diagnostic.
KATHMANDU: Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully concluded a series of social responsibility programmes to mark its 25th anniversary, including a free health camp at its head office and large-scale blood donation drives across the country.
The company organised a two-day free health camp on May 4 and 5 at its head office premises, where medical services were provided in collaboration with RB Diagnostic.

The camp offered free ECG, thyroid, blood sugar, blood pressure, SGPT, cholesterol, and uric acid tests, along with consultations from specialist doctors. A total of 601 individuals benefited from the health services.
In addition, the company conducted nationwide blood donation programmes across 13 locations in all seven provinces, collecting a total of 505 pints of blood.
The distribution of donations included 30 pints in Itahari (Koshi Province), 25 in Birgunj and 25 in Janakpur (Madhesh Province), 78 in Kathmandu, 81 in Narayangarh, 39 in Nuwakot, 26 in Hetauda, and 32 in Banepa (Bagmati Province).
In Gandaki Province, 55 pints were collected in Pokhara, while Lumbini Province saw 33 in Butwal and 34 in Bhairahawa. Karnali Province’s Surkhet contributed 25 pints, and Sudurpashchim’s Dhangadhi added 33 pints.
