Nepal gears up to face Italy in T20 World Cup 2026 (photos)

KATHMANDU: Nepal is holding a practice session on Tuesday evening at Wankhede Stadium ahead of their T20 World Cup 2026 clash against Italy.

According to the International Cricket Council (ICC) schedule, the team will train from 6 PM to 9 PM.

After a narrow four-run loss to England, Nepal will aim to bounce back in their Group C match against Italy on Thursday.

Italy, making their World Cup debut, lost their opening game to Scotland. Both teams currently sit on zero points, making this a crucial encounter.

Nepal must secure a victory over Italy to keep their Super-8 hopes alive.

Meanwhile, Group C action continues on Wednesday as England faces West Indies, a match Nepal will be closely monitoring.
