National Life Insurance honors top agents from Karnali & Sudurpashchim

KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Limited honored the top-performing agents and department heads from Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces at a ceremony held at Hotel Soaltee Westend, Nepalgunj.

The program was chaired by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Suresh Prasad Khatri.

During the fiscal year 2081/82, 115 agents from Karnali and 161 agents from Sudurpashchim achieved their assigned premium targets and were selected for membership in the prestigious CEO Club.

The event was also attended by departmental heads, provincial heads, and branch managers from Lumbini Province.

The ceremony commenced with a traditional lamp lighting by CEO Khatri.

The selected CEO Club members were awarded certificates, membership, and recognition.

Special awards were also presented to agents who secured first, second, and third positions based on their performance and network achievements.

CEO Khatri presented the winners of the ‘National Ratna’ and ‘National Star’ awards with silver medals engraved with the National Life logo, certificates of appreciation, and ceremonial scarves. He also highlighted that the company is continuing its province-wise recognition programs, with the first program already held in Gandaki Province and this event marking the second phase.

According to Khatri, the CEO Club membership initiative, introduced as part of the agent-friendly program, has been highly successful, with over 1,600 agents nationwide selected as members so far.

The ceremony also featured renowned international trainer Vijay Kumar, who provided specialized professional training to the agents. He emphasized that expanding customer outreach and acquiring essential skills are crucial for success in the life insurance business.

Participants expressed their appreciation for the training and recognition, stating that the event made them feel valued and motivated to further excel in their work.
