National Life Insurance honors CEO Club Members in Lumbini
The event celebrated 340 agents and departmental heads from Lumbini Province who achieved their annual premium targets for the fiscal year 2081/82.
KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Ltd. successfully hosted its CEO Club Member Recognition Program at Hotel Lumbini Heritage in Lumbini.
The event celebrated 340 agents and departmental heads from Lumbini Province who achieved their annual premium targets for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Provincial heads and branch managers from across the region also attended the ceremony.
Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri inaugurated the program by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
During the event, the company awarded the newly inducted CEO Club members from Lumbini Province.
Special recognition was also given to agents who ranked first, second, and third in their respective codes and zones.
Additionally, National Life honored its “National Ratna” and “National Star” award-winning agents with silver medals engraved with the company logo, certificates, and cash prizes.

CEO Khatri highlighted that provincial-level recognition programs under the CEO Club and National Awards have already been successfully conducted in Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim Provinces.
He noted that similar events for the remaining provinces are in preparation and will be held soon.
He further emphasized that over 1,600 agents nationwide have been selected for the CEO Club, marking the initiative as highly successful.
He added that programs like these help agents strengthen their professional skills and grow in the insurance business.
The ceremony also featured a training session by renowned international trainer Bijay Kumar Jha.
He encouraged agents by saying that the insurance profession is not only a business but a noble service. He stressed that honesty, dedication, and consistency are the key pillars for achieving success in this field.
Attending agents expressed that the training session inspired them with renewed energy and that receiving recognition directly from the CEO for their hard work made them feel proud and motivated.
