National Life Insurance honors 83 agents at MDRT awards & training program
The company honored a total of 83 agents from across Nepal who qualified for MDRT 2026 standards set by the international MDRT forum.
KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Ltd. successfully organized its prestigious MDRT Honors and Training Program at Dushit Thani Himalayan Resort, Dhulikhel, under the chief guestship of Chairperson Prema Rajya Laxmi Singh and the chairmanship of Chief Executive Officer.
The company honored a total of 83 agents from across Nepal who qualified for MDRT 2026 standards set by the international MDRT forum.
Among them, two achieved Top of the Table (TOT) status, four qualified for Court of the Table (COT), and 77 were recognized as MDRT achievers.
The program was inaugurated with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony by Chairperson Singh. Renowned international trainer Kajim Raja delivered an inspiring and skill-enhancing training session, motivating agents to further excel in the life insurance business and consistently achieve MDRT goals through practical examples and professional insights.
Addressing the ceremony, the CEO highlighted the company’s commitment to prioritizing and empowering its agent community, introducing new practices to boost motivation and productivity.
He also congratulated all agents who successfully met the MDRT, COT, and TOT targets for 2026, presenting them with special honors.
As part of its initiative to further encourage performance, the company rewarded top performers under its monthly “Chase Your MDRT” incentive scheme. The Tinkune branch was also recognized for producing the highest number of MDRT achievers.
Deputy CEO Smriti Raj Kandel welcomed the participants, while Deputy General Manager Prajwal Sayami delivered the vote of thanks.
The grand event featured motivational training, entertainment performances, and high-level recognition.
