KATHMANDU: In the second match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) Season 2, Karnali Yaks have set a target of 167 runs for Chitwan Rhinos.

Batting first after losing the toss at the TU International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, Karnali posted 166 runs for the loss of three wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

Karnali’s opener Priyank Panchal was the star of the innings, smashing 90 runs off 48 balls, including 7 fours and 6 sixes.

Making his NPL debut, Panchal fell short of a century by just 10 runs and became the second player to score a half-century in this edition.
