Chair Yadav made the manifesto public at a program held in Kathmandu on Friday, outlining an ambitious agenda centered on free healthcare, free education, anti-corruption reforms, agricultural modernization, infrastructure development, and social justice.
Free Education and Healthcare

Anti-Corruption Drive and Jan Lokpal
Corruption control remains a key priority in the manifesto. The party has vowed to adopt a zero-tolerance policy against corruption and establish a powerful “Jan Lokpal” institution. It has also pledged to investigate the assets of all prime ministers, ministers, lawmakers, and high-ranking officials since 2047.
Additionally, JSP-N has committed to implementing a fully cashless economy and ensuring justice for victims of cooperative savings fraud.
5 Million Jobs in Five Years
The party has presented an ambitious plan to generate 5 million jobs within five years by transforming agriculture into the backbone of the national economy.
Proposed measures include scientific land consolidation, cooperative farming, mechanization, vertical farming, crop insurance, minimum support prices, and affordable agricultural loans.
Environmental protection, including Chure conservation, climate-resilient farming, and food security, also features prominently in the manifesto.
Inclusive Representation and Sports Infrastructure
The manifesto proposes reserved constituencies for Dalits and women, equal rights for gender and sexual minorities and persons with disabilities, and special programs targeting youth employment and skills development.
