“The government is showing chaos by keeping police at the door of the Supreme Court and at the door of the quarter where I live to prevent the Chief Justice from leaving,” said suspended Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana, who attempted to enter the Supreme Court after the House of Representative’s term ended.
“If the crowd does not allow the Chief Justice to enter, the government should take responsibility,” JB Rana said. The government should accept responsibility for the consequences of such anarchy.”
However, this does not imply that there will be a grand indictment if there is no institution to carry it out.
