Gold & silver prices surge today
On Monday, gold was priced at Rs 283,500 per tola and silver at Rs 4,700 per tola.

KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices rose again in the local market today.
According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association, the price of pure gold reached Rs 290,200 per tola, up by Rs 6,700 from yesterday.
Silver also gained Rs 145, trading at Rs 4,845 per tola.
On Monday, gold was priced at Rs 283,500 per tola and silver at Rs 4,700 per tola.
The previous Friday, gold had been at Rs 286,000 per tola, with silver at Rs 4,720 per tola.
In international markets, gold is currently trading at USD 4,560 per ounce, while silver stands at USD 80 per ounce, reflecting steady global demand.
