Gold & silver prices fall again
Following the latest adjustment, the price of one tola of gold has been fixed at Rs 308,000.
KATHMANDU: The price of gold and silver continued to decline in the domestic market today, with both precious metals recording notable drops.
According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, the price of gold decreased by Rs 1,000 per tola, while silver dropped by Rs 335 per tola.
Following the latest adjustment, the price of one tola of gold has been fixed at Rs 308,000. Similarly, silver is now being traded at Rs 4,895 per tola.
On the previous trading day (Friday), gold was priced at Rs 309,000 per tola, while the same quantity of silver was traded at Rs 5,230.
In the international market, gold is currently being traded at around USD 4,500 per ounce, while silver is priced at approximately USD 77 per ounce, according to international media reports.
