Gold & silver prices surge in Nepal

KATHMANDU: Gold prices in Nepal have rebounded today following a slight dip on Sunday.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association, the price of Chhapawal gold increased by Rs 100 per tola, reaching Rs 215,200.

Previously, on Sunday, gold was priced at Rs 215,100 per tola, while last Friday, it hit a record high of Rs 215,800 per tola in the Nepali market.

Meanwhile, silver prices have set a new milestone.

Today, the price of silver rose by Rs 5 per tola to reach Rs 2,575, marking the highest price ever recorded in Nepal.
